Return Policy

Purchases may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. Markdowns are final sale and may not be returned for refunds or exchanges.

Madison Island will not accept returns if:

The item has obviously been worn
Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
Alterations or modifications of any kind
Price tags that are removed, altered or damaged
Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged
